This rendition by Dishwalla is edgier and more emotionally fraught than The Carpenters’ or Carole King’s.

I love how this arrangement begins with a Wurlitzer Electronic Piano, which Richard Carpenter also used.

Nearly everyone I knew had Tapestry.
We actually used "...Earth Moves..." for a jam night tune! Lots of room to solo over changes that aren't the blues, and good opportunities to funk up the rhythm. Other guys liked joining in on that song. Why not? It's a super cool tune.
