I love Lalo Schifrin. The man is a genius. Just finished listening to my other favorite, Mannix.

(6,038 posts)5. I've always like pieces in odd meters (except 3/4 which is quite common).
One of my absolute favorite albums is Dave Brubeck's Time Out. Great jazz work in a lot of odd meters....and Paul Desmond's sax work is amazing.
