I REALLY like the first song. His use of volume pedal swells on top of his wonderful technique made for some superb phrasing.
The other thought is; I think your wrong about Sleepwalk. Pretty sure it's a federal law! 
Probably federal too, but enforcement is usually local
I am legally authorized to make arrests for failure to do Sleepwalk in all 50 states & the territories.
Locals can enforce, but us guitar feds must!
