It's the opening credit tune to the movie of the same name with Sting & The Blue Turtles.
The first 60% is outdoor shots, but then we see them rehearsing the song.
Killer musicians.

Up at Alpine Valley in Wisconsin.
They were so good, after being on tour for 6 months, that I never listened to the album again.
It was SUBSTANTIALLY better than the record.
I got the CD of the movie to listen to afterward. They still weren't as good at the beginning of the tour as when we saw them, but still even better than the album.
Just awesome!
