The second version of the show, not the original incarnation. With Darby Hinton playing the part of Israel.

One of those networks that run the old shows puts that on starting at 6:30 on Saturday mornings

Although, even for the time, it was….um…..well…kind of embarrassingly bad. Like the song. I still know all the words.

Boone was 5’8”. Parker was 6’5”. Hard to be historically accurate and say “yes, an average man” when your star is nearly as tall as Marshal Dillon.
