I did clean it up a bit with a noise filter. I shot this one at ISO 400, 1.3 sec., and it was cleaner than the ones I shot at 800 and 1600. I was fortunate that the air is fairly clear tonight -- it has been hazy lately from smoke and dust.

And a good friend of mine who worked in the camera field, and who has a master's degree in photography, is teaching me.
In the meantime, he does the advanced cleanup work on my photos.
Having the air being clear is a help too. We had some thin clouds tonight.
Someday, I hope to get a photo as superb as yours!
