sixties before I got to sit in front of a fireplace. I didn't go to bed at all that night. Kept putting wood on it. I had traveled to Colorado with a friend.

Don't care if it's even a coyote. And yes, I know they can be a problem. But I don't think a dead animal should be a source of pride.

We have very similar tastes, WiVoter. Although our little cabin is much more modest, and we have a glass-fronted woodstove.
Definitely into rustic!
