Smoke gets in your eyes

The smoke from my charcoal-starter chimney made some interesting patterns in the air yesterday afternoon. BTW, the grilled tempeh and asparagus were magnifique!

But I learned how to manage my tempeh with a grill topper tray and now everything is copacetic.
