I guess they don't grow out here; I've never seen them.

Indigenous to NC, don’t see why they wouldn’t grow there in Cali
There is a Pacific Dicentra

5. Old-fashioned bleeding heart¡

I love those so much! I had some long ago, in a galaxy far away.

Haven't had a yard in years, but would definitely plant some of this if I did.
