Romanesco cauliflower tastes as good as it looks. I roast it in my air fryer.

I am fascinated by the Romanesco cauliflower! I wanted to make it look 3-dimensional and that's hard to do!

The roses were a must! They have such a delicate color and I always work to get it right.
