(41,035 posts)How do you always manage to find new and interesting things at the market?
I love those green and white lacy looking plants. And the tomatoes look like theyre on fire!

(156,963 posts)Please forgive my very tardy response! I kept getting pulled away from DU.
You know, the way I find new and interesting things at this market is by looking around for anything that captures my attention. And even though this is a small market, there's almost always something new. We really are a very inventive species and these photos show that.
I love those green and white lacy plants too, and I wish I knew what they are. The tomatoes caught my eye from about 10 feet away! I zoomed in on them, and then I cropped the photo in the post-processing. I wanted that photo to positively jump off the screen!
I'm so glad you enjoyed my work.

(6,469 posts)I love the split seed casings on the sprouts, so mysteriously dark and rough against the delicate satiny green leaves, and the neat focus effect on picture 3. And how the tomatoes, as other folks have noted, look so deliciously juicy.
Most of all, my dear Peggy, I love that you are here and sharing your vision with us. Thank you.
CaliforniaPeggy
(156,963 posts)Your praise touches me because I know you mean it. You know that I will always share my photos, as long as I can hold my camera. My photos nourish my spirit.
I really appreciate your critique of my work. Your vision is perfect. Thank you so much.
