Stairwell in my doctor's office building.

I am back with my first primary doctor after a year and a half. Had to stay with the old practice iven after she moved for 6 months and then was contracted to the old practice until this summer.

This is the stairwell in the building that she now works in.

Things are looking up.

If she is on top floor, you've passed your cardiac, pulmonary, and stamina tests climbing those steps. Silent Type Nov 25 #2

I had a couple of abdominal hernias sewn up. One of the wounds got infected. I have been putting off the work for a year. It is more of a nuisance than anything right now.

She is on the 3rd floor, 4th to you probably, and there is a lift....

I have big feet and these stairs are a pain on the curves for them. And at my age I think I've earned the lift.

Good to hear you are back with a doctor you trust. Take care of, get rid of that nuisance. Carry on our wayward son. (No innuendo — just sounded fitting.)

My insurance company is okay. It is just an artifact of German contracts that this ignorant American didn't know. I've managed to get most of my doctors to be women in the last few years. The data seems to indicate that my cohort gets better results from female doctors.

I'd say you've more than earned the lift!

But your photos are so gorgeous. Thank you!

The stairs would be better for me but my big feet don't like curving staircases. You take good care of yourself.

I hear you about curving staircases; my feet don't like them either!
