It looks just like the wasp that put me in the hospital years ago. A cold chill looking at it so close up 😳

I fully wake after 4 hours, and the first thought I had upon waking.............that wasn't a bee, LOL. Trust me, there were bees as well and as soon as this cold front passes and the sun returns I will capture one of the bees!
Sounds like my sleep habits!

I was photographing something else and grabbed this shot with the lens at hand. I think I will reassemble my frankenphoto setup with the extension rings and capture a real bee as soon as the sun returns!
