Monday -- KC and Shadow

A typically exciting evening for these two.


KC —

KittyCat likes to look out from atop the washing machine.

Years ago he looked out from that same laundry basket.

This time of year he'd rather be inside than out.

Much of the time on the living room floor bed.


You've heard of "touch type"? KC uses "swipe type".

One day he seemed quite comfortable on our bed.

Until Shadow became curious

and daddy lifted the comforter.

Shadow —

Before there was a Bunny Rabbit, Shadow played with her Dragon.

It's held up rather well over time and even still squeaks.

But one day at the old farm she came home with this Rabbit. It's been
her favorite "chew toy" since.

I tried to turn its frown into a smile, but nothing doing.

"Ready or not, here I come" —



Shadow's always loved to run. It's great that she still can.

After all that exercise she was a poopered-out-puppydog.

3. Yay! KC and Shadow Monday!

In the first two photos, the angle of the shot makes KC look so much bigger than Shadow. In the second photo, it looks like KC is getting ready to take a flying leap right on top of Shadow.

I'm with KC - this time of year, I'd rather be inside than out, too! It's been bitterly cold here lately in southeast Michigan, with no end in sight.
