(26,801 posts)I worked right across from the Carillon. Friday Noon concerts! And Saturday, as I just discovered recently, never having worked Saturdays!
On a previous visit, I had the Coolpix P510 with me. It was a clear day and I got great photos of the Bay.
It would be nice to return to the Bay. Just takes lots of money. Like Sam.

(157,089 posts)My husband's father taught at Berkeley, and he knew the Carillon very well. It's quite famous; rather like the symbol for the whole university.
