Looking through to the new pasture.
Pete and Maddie like the new grass.
A new horse moved in next door. They got acquainted. Sort of.
Quietly grazing.
Oops, gotta skritch.
Flies are out. Laurie got out the masks.
"Hey Pete, you lose your fly mask already?"
(Which is typical, Laurie said. Pete rubs his mask because it itches.
And then falls off.)

Around The Farm ~
Laurie's been painting, staining actually ~
and the entire exterior's done!
Laurie and her best friend Karen installed a ceiling
in the tack room.
Plus the room is insulated all around.
A few days ago the horses were picking through weeds
in their secondary corral.
Laurie and her tractor took care of that today.
Night before last, we saw sundown through a
living room window.
