I handed my phone to my husband to get a pic of a beautiful little goldfinch.

He did not know how to use my phone, so did not get the goldfinch. He did capture this lovely photo:

I could see the little devil, just not well enough to get a clear picture.

I am using the pic as my wallpaper on my phone.

Looks a bit like the current state of my backyard. I pulled most of them because they have completely taken over some years. Such a mess to later dispose of all the dead plants.

I figured since the birds planted all of these, they could feed themselves until this winter. The bonus is the honey bees that visit the plants.
