Photography Tip: DIY Beauty Dish for under $20.00

I get many of you asking for DIY instructions relating to photography equipment. Here's a pretty simple beauty dish set up that will cost you under $20.00 in material and looks pretty simple to build.

2. Thanks. I have an old Aluminum Weber grill splash pan that would work just fine.

For the mirror I could use an old CD.

3. It will probably work better

The larger your modifier is, the farther away you can place it from your subject.

4. It's a bit bigger than the bowl he used. It's probably lighter.
