Two events, Gallery Hop and a small car show. All cut short by a gully washer.

1. I like them all but # 2 draws me in and keeps me there.

I could happily sit there and watch the world.

It's really interesting and a great play of light and shadows.

6. There's two stories and two spiral staircases. I didn't photograph them this time.

One was an enclosed spiral. It has three rectangle portals that overlook the ground floor gallery.

I love black and white, light and shadows, and spiral stairs.

I've been rather limited in my time and ability to get out and take any photos and I'm missing it.

In the portals made me decide not to use them.

A persistent knee injury has kept me off the streets.

sorry about your knee. My back has kept me off the streets for about a month.

I have a back full of metal from surgery and there isn't much that can be done - the surgery was 20 years ago.

I do stretching exercises but when the there are storms all around us it doesn't do much good. Nothing does. I just have to wait it out.

Honestly, I haven't had a pain free day since I was 16 (which was many years ago.) It's just a matter of degree.

Mine is degenerative disc disease, nothing dramatic as having a lightning rod in my back.

doesn't sound like any fun at all. I'm sorry you live with pain. Most of the time I handle it pretty well and sometimes I just want to scream. Narcotic pain pills don't work for me, so it's usually me and ibuprofen.

I wish medical marijuana was legal here. At least maybe I could laugh about the situation.

“Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming "Wow! What a Ride!” Hunter S. Thompson
