Before I dive into the taxes and at least 10,000 Iditarod photos, I wanted to share this latest pic of little Sofia in her party dress.

Beth is married and lives in the San Diego area; Kendall goes to college in the same area and comes home on quarter breaks, but she got a paid internship this summer, so we won't see her.
I'll grant that we're still close enough that trips down there are relatively frequent.
I think I'm still trying to grasp how adult they've become; Beth is a fledgling doctor, and Kendall will soon be a CPA.
To quote the infamous Mattie Ross: "Time just gets away from us."
