rainbow and a surprise visitor

drove out into the hill country yesterday. while there we had a shower (yay for rain) follwed by a rainbow. so of course i had to shoot it. and had a surprise visitor while shooting

You had to know that Turkey Vulture was there and wait for the perfect shot! And that shot is perfect. I notice that there was a tad bit of a double rainbow there. Lovely.
