Not to be forgotten

Forget-me-nots pop up all over my yard, in unexpected corners. This one found it's way to a fence post. For anyone who doesn't know, forget-me-nots are Alaska's state flower.

I like the colors too, and the textures of the flowers contrasting with the roughness of the post.

They come out pink as they're budding sometimes. I also have some around here that are all white.
