(19,459 posts)I just don't watch TV anymore, and haven't since grad school. I had a ton of reading to do for my degree, and it effectively curtailed my TV watching.

(34,131 posts)Both the team dog and the humans. So I check out their commercials on YouTube.
A couple of decades ago we were the stop over from their appearances in the Tampa Gasprailla celebration and Marti Gras in New Orleans. They would stop overnight with their three trucks, the ten horses (eight in a team and two spares), their dog, the handlers and drivers (both truck and horse), and other assorted people (wives, girlfriends, etc.).
Once they stayed here a week when they had an appearance here in town. Another time a mare who had foaled at Busch Gardens in Tampa stayed overnight with her foal on their way to the St. Louis breeding facility so the mare could be re-bred.
The only problem we ever had was when the team dog was checking out my mutt dog's food dish. My dog took offense and started showing his teeth but my husband managed to grab him just as one of the Budweiser team members grabbed their dog. My dog spent the rest of that night in a stall with his dish - we figured the guest dog deserved a chance to run free.
Later, the local distributor (one of the Busch daughters and her husband) made a deal with a larger farm that puts on international level equine events for the team to stay there in return for advertising at the event. Since I no longer had the capability of maintaining their stalls up to my or their standards, that worked out OK.
The horses are amazing - huge but as calm and sweet as can be. The handlers can lead them two at a time and the horse are completely cooperative. The people with the team are all great and we never had any problems with them. If I had the personnel and could do it, I would gladly put them up again!
