Any trully local honey is a good find. Found a guy here in Texas that has a clover field and man....

Now give us some buttercups and violet pics. I have buttercups and wild violets in my lawn (it's not lawn seed, it's orchard mix) and I just love them.

is the honey reminding me of the clover honey of my Ohio youth. I'll be looking for locust honey. I know American Indians used the "nut" to make treats and flours.
