You could send it as an email attachment from your smart phone kimbutgar Jan 2017 #1

The ONLY way to display an image on DU is if that image has an internet URL, i.e., it has to have CurtEastPoint Jan 2017 #2

Yeah, it's gotta be on the intranet somewhere. There is nowhere, as you noted, to 'email' it to. CurtEastPoint Jan 2017 #5
Thanks that worked out. chknltl Jan 2017 #6

You upload an image then paste it and enter it as a URL. It took me awhile to figure out.

From what I can tell those dang smart phones have gotten better at shooting photos. It is a shame that my camera was in the shop for repairs a couple weeks ago on this particular morning. I would rather have shot this with nice Nikon glass as opposed to whatever plastic that phone uses as a lens.

The viewpoint itself is from my brothers back yard, looking directly North. Sometimes conditions allow him to see the entire eastern side of the Olympic Mountains and on very clear days far off Mt. Baker is visable just to the left of those cliffs on the right.

I've been using Photobucket but it's become nearly impossible to work with.
