I could see a three panel display with pic #1 on the left, #2 in the center, and either 3 or 4 on the right. I think I prefer #3 because of the way the ruffled edges in the center of the flower stand out.

I am hoping to move into a new house in a couple years. I live in a dump right now. I often fantasize about how I will decorate each room. Your photos totally inspired my imagination!

15. We are a month behind you here in Ottawa. Daffodils are still under the snow and ground.

18. Near D.C., daffodils are at peak in my yard. Cut them all yesterday due to hard freeze of 18 degrees

coming up. Crazy! Gave 1/3 of the big bunch to each of my next door neighbors to have some color through this upcoming cold snap. We are going to lose a lot of already-flowering trees around here. Who knows what'll happen to all the cherry blossoms.

25. Redbuds are my favorite springtime bloom. There was an Eliot Porter photo I loved called Redbuds

in Spring or Redbuds in Bloom, I think, not finding it online now, but I thought that was just perfection...

More of a pronounced vertical aspect offsetting the beauty of the redbuds. I spent about 15 minutes looking for it last night before I posted, couldn't find it. I'll bookmark this thread for whenever I end up finding it.

29. Oh, I thought you meant black flowers and white flowers. That said, any of these belong on a wall.

I can just gaze at that last one; imagine myself a bee inside that cone of flower-skin, the light changing inside, and harvesting the sweet pollen and nectar; enshrouded by the flower's body - sounds, smells, sights . . .
