6. We have had an invasion of Black Vultures.

They aren't just scavengers and will take newly born calf, if the oportunity arises.

EVERY day! My grandson, almost 3 years old (and at the beach with me last weekend,) astonished his mother: 10 p.m. 'Mommy, I'm really hungry!'
