1. No, you are not imagining things...

I decided to focus on the gardens and cropped the tourists out of the original shot I entered.

Butchart Gardens, if I'm not mistaken.

The only time I was there, it was raining!

We were there in August last year.

5. We went back during the day another day and the sun was just really bright. Colors were

Intense, but lighting was too much to get good photos.

I was hoping the August contest would be "gardens" and I was planning to enter this shot.

Because of my knee replacement surgery in July, I haven't been out hardly at all this summer to get "summer" shots.

And my Malwarebyte site says this is a bad site. I can't figure that out at all.

On edit: I just unblocked the site that Solly Mack is using, and NOW I can see her lovely photo!

11. I was a little concerned about that site and whether that was the problem.

I looked at the list of free hosting sites that CurtEastPoint included in the revision he did of how to post photos

and noticed that it is NOT included in that list.

I have been using one of the really easy sites that is listed (even though I can still use photobucket due to my membership I paid for
last year before they announced the new fees).

I am going to PM Solly Mack and ask her to repost it using another one of the free sites--maybe http://postimages.org/
--because I'm concerned we might have a problem with other DU'ers being able to see the photo, too, when I post the prelims.
