About once a winter, maybe a bit less. Twice so far this winter - which is very unusually cold in temps.

It is still coming down without any letup. We certainly are not used to this! But it's pretty - for sure.

We had 4' before Halloween........... and it's 31 ABOVE? Weirdest weather here I've ever seen. DO salt the steps!

We are supposed to get some here at the beach overnight. Snowy will be in heaven if we do.

How does she react to it??? She looks a wee bit forlorn.

11. She remembered immediately

She remembered the other snow a month ago. She jumped out into it and frolicked all over the back yard, jumping and was almost as happy as she was about the sand and the beach.
BUT she did get cold. She came in through the dog door and sat in front of the electric heater looking at me to turn it on.

12. Love these. The black and white really works.

I might play with some of my snow photos and see what B&W does for them.

I've used some filters on my phone which can look pretty cool, but are very obvious, if you know what I mean. Not that there's necessarily anything wrong with that!
