2. I'm watching Chicago on HBO

and I happened to notice how hard it was raining and running down the top level of a multi-story parking garage below (I'm on the 17th floor). I shot holding the camera on a 45 degree angle and then cropped the shot just a bit.

It doesn't look like this now since it has stopped raining.
