What is the first one ... a fountain?

2. They really are bright and on this overcast day, they caught my eye!

Yes, the first one is Clifford, the Big Red Dog as a fountain.

Unfortunately, the city workers had just started to do some maintenance on it and so I had to get in close to avoid the cones and etc!
