The moon behind a tree

A good friend helped me adjust the settings on my jpeg files to fine. This photo is the first one I've done with those. It is sharper than my old settings. I didn't want to wait for it to clear the tree! I really wanted that color, and I got it. Hope you enjoy!!

I'm not sure how talented I am, but I know I'm stubborn about getting the shot I want!

I was more determined than I have been in a while. I had to be there.

is a thrill, isn't it?

I used to get better moon colors from my deck in Chapel Hill than I'm able to get from my apartment, even though I have no trees in the way. Same camera. I suspect it might have something to do with the additional city lights, even though what I see with my eye is the same color, the camera lens is just not getting it.

Great shot, CA Peggy!
