1. YES! I love what's coming in

and am thrilled with 5 entries in the first hour. We can go til 30 - all of you know that - but I'm just sayin'.....
keep up the entries. In the old days the contests filled up completely in no time and we had to hurry like mad to get our entry in before that and not lose the spot.
Let's pretend it's the old days. With the new rules we may just recapture the excitement.

3. While you read the comments please take note:

I checked the thread for volunteer hosts for this year, kicked it, and pinned it. Please look at it, and read my comment. We have 2 slots open, We need a volunteer for both June and December. Seasonals, Spring and Autumn respectively.
If you can, please fill in for a slot and then we'll have 2020 covered.
I think the way to do it is let mnhtbb know. She did all the heavy work for the changing of the rules, and she has the power to edit the thread and put in your name.

15. Lots of interesting submissions this month

Since it's February, I decided to submit this photo for it's repetition and love reference for Valentine's Day. It's common in certain areas for lovers to write their SO's name on a lock and throw the key of that lock into a flowing river or stream.
