(5,878 posts)Nature's first green is gold,
Her hardest hue to hold.
Her early leaf's a flower;
But only so an hour.
Then leaf subsides to leaf.
So Eden sank to grief.
So dawn goes down to day.
Nothing gold can stay.

(5,878 posts)Mine are a little behind yours, though. Just tiny green leaves, but perfect in their oak-leaf-ness!

(157,075 posts)The orange ones are Clivia miniata. They're a semi-tropical flower and they do well out here in the shade.
I love them!
I hope your spring arrives soon!
