I had read that the plume of dust from the Sahara over the SE United States was going to create some dramatic sunsets and sunrises, did you notice anything different in your area recently?

(31,386 posts)4. Yes, colorful sunrises are more frequent in late fall and winter months here.
So I suspect the dust --as well as the cloud cover--may have contributed to the colors in the sunrise this morning.
