So they are grown without pesticides!

Thanks, my dear Karadeniz.

on the plants when I bought them, only one of which ended up being edible!

You're lucky if you can assume anything sold at a farmer's market is grown without pesticides. Around here, SE PA, a lot of the farmer's market produce is grown by the Amish and they use as much poison as anyone, if not more. At one time I naively supposed that they were all natural. Boy was I wrong.

Ans they use MiracleGro type fertilizers, also problematic, imo.

My friend grows peppers with not a single bug problem, and he tries to grow organically. But he lives between Amish farms and says their pesticide wafts over onto his property.

I'm always trying out new things to photograph. I do not want to get stale!

They just came out of the oven, and they smell soooooo good.
