I'm trying to broaden my horizons from the tack sharp detail and embrace the elegance of soft misty images and the feelings they might engender. I'm glad you found this pleasing as I'm still trying to match the effects of filters through post processing. I don't think I'll ever get there entirely as it is always better to get it right in-camera than to re-think it in post.

Under 'Adjust' scroll down to 'soften'. There are three options: Soft Focus, Soften and Soften more. I'm using Soft Focus and adjusting strength of softening, size of halo and transparency of halo for most pleasing effect.

My experience of softening in post is that there are often halos.
The picture of the bleeding heart was done with soft filter on the camera.

This shot is original exposure. Nice and sharp.

This was using Topaz Adjust filters in post.

I am pretty happy with the results using Topaz. the only thing I had to do after applying the filter was add a curve adjustment layer as the softening filter lightened everything and I wanted the shadows and midtones close to the original.

I only use about 10% of what PSP does and post is not my favorite thing to do anyway. There is some really interesting SW packages out there applying AI to basic functions like noise removal and re-sizing and even skin smoothing but I just don't have the energy to learn that much new processing.

I'm still playing with the soft focus in PSP and hope to refine it.

All that said your Topaz application really looks good.
