My apartment building overlooks an event venue--run by the City of Raleigh--in the old City Market. Tonight there was an event with tables and a small band outside for the first time since last March. Probably a small wedding within our state mandated gathering sizes. There would be wedding parties there every Saturday night when I walked by there around 5 pm before the coronavirus shut everything down. Tonight there was a saxaphone playing while I was out shooting on my balcony.

This is just stunning!

The clouds make the moon ripple and Mars just shows up on their edge.

Great catch!

I was watching a documentary and looked out the window. Stopped the documentary and ran for the camera. Everything shifts quickly when there are clouds!

I caught them in a clear sky, from a suburban parking lot; will be home to the further waning moon Monday.
