Rising through the fog

Some amazing pockets of fog this morning. Still leafy tree tops--in January!--just above the fog. And the tower with some streaks of pink, blue, and yellow behind it at dawn. No post processing.

3. I'm only posting it because I'm not dreaming!

So wound up with pre move anxiety, I can't get to sleep. Remembered I had a few shots on my camera from this morning I could transfer to my laptop before the onslaught of movers coming to pack tomorrow.

In the two years I've had this east view from my balcony, I don't recall ever seeing pockets of fog like this that were briefly splashed with dawn colors.

I hate the pre move anxiety. I hope you can sleep tonight. If you have any melatonin on hand, take one. It should help!
