I've been looking everywhere for this photo, and today I found it -- here on my laptop! I took it when I was a pre-teenager, eons ago. A simple B&W photo. I hope to someday get back to this location so I can take another shot.

It would be really neat to visit the same spot again and take the same shot, as you said. See if anything looks different. Ill bet a color photo would really pop.

I really want to do this and someday, I will.

(8,010 posts)I climbed Rainier in July 2010 and then was back about the same time last summer. I was somewhat unhappy to see how far down the glaciers were. Yes, it was late summer but still.

Now, I am old.
But I am a relative newcomer to digital photography. I didn't take my first digital photo until 2005.
You are too funny!
