Program for Changing a Photo into Art

I know some people on DU will have some good suggestions for this question. Here is the situation: an organization where I volunteer has stationery for thank you cards for donors to our annual fundraiser -- it has a nice picture of our building on the front. Our president wants something new as we've used the same one the past few years. I know there are programs or apps that will change the look of a photo. I'm looking for something that will change the look of this photo to give different effects, such as black and white drawing, sepia, abstract art, watercolor effect, pointillism, impressionism, etc.

I found one program online called Nexmuse, that let me try some interesting styles for free, but was wondering what else was out there that I could check out as well. Once we find a style we like we would then have about 500 copies printed up into small 3" x 5" cards for stationery.

I also posted this in the lounge for greater exposure.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. TIA!!!

What a kind offer! I just found another one online as well, called Lunapix, https://www2.lunapic.com/, and was having quite a bit of fun with it as it had so many things to try. I'll try and PM the photo to you. Would love to see what interesting things you could do that I probably would not think of. Thank you!
