That’s what it looks like 150 miles south of you too. I did a double take, wondering for a sec if you’d taken the photo on the highway I just drove down.

Cuz it doesn’t happen all that often. There will be bumper car situations. Know your limits - I can drive in high winds and heavy rain like a champ, but ice and snow is right out for me.

All I can say is THERE IS NO DRIVING IN ICE. Snow, yeah but Ice NO. If you touch the breaks the wheels all lock up and your computer controlled anti lock brakes think the car's parked even if it's sliding into the ditch at 40 MPH.

STAY HOME!

CBS had a two hour rescue effort. Horrific mass destruction. Most of this section is elevated.

Staying home for sure. Going to have some extremely cold weather with snow ❄️

I lived in Pflugerville for 20 years. We pretty much had at least one ice storm every year. Sadly, the last five years I was there, the frost arrived after the blueberries were in full bloom. None of my attempts to cover them ever worked.

Do stay home as much as you can . Texans truly can't drive on ice or snow.
