We (my county and another further south of DC) are forecast to get 'A mix of wintry precipitation in the morning. Then periods of rain expected in the afternoon. Some icing possible. Temps nearly steady in the low to mid 30s. Winds NNE at 10 to 15 mph. Chance of precip 100%. Snow and ice accumulations around one inch.' so not really a 'storm.'
