for warm sepia. That's a large part of what I like about everything in this week's page update, it's all monochromatic by the nature of the subject!

There are 17 others like it at SmugMug. So many repeating patterns, soft undulating shapes and subtle tonality changes. All from a cluster of mushrooms a little bigger than my fist.

I ate them last night with a nice ribeye but fear not, I've ordered another grow kit with pink oyster mushrooms! You'll see in a couple of weeks.

I also love photographs of common every day objects seen in a different way. Close-up, or with dramatic lighting. Your mushroom photos satisfy both criteria.

Hope you enjoyed them with your steak, Andy!

You have taken a 3 dimensional object, which is 2 dimensional on paper, and returned it to full life!

The color is perfect too.
