12. What a good idea, sharing her between us and the Pets Group!

My husband and I decided, about 20 plus years ago, that we were done with having pets.

We loved having them when our kids were growing up, and we had quite the variety! Several cats, a long-lived goldfish (!), and even some rabbits and two mallards, plus one dog, a Dalmatian.

These were not all simultaneous! Nonetheless, our increasing age and infirmities caused us to feel that our pet days were over. Our kids have animals, and we enjoy seeing them.

Somewhere I have a photo of my Dalmatian. I'll see if I can find it.
