I chose my apartment for the east sunrise view and HOPED that the lot I chose for the house might have a sunset view because the view to the east in the neighborhood is nothing special.

And my favorite beach here in North Carolina faces south, which means in the late fall through winter the sun will both rise and set over the ocean. It's glorious and the reason my favorite time of year at the beach is late October/early November.
