The dog got me up. I saw clouds in the just-getting-light sky. Thought hmmm could become a pretty sky. Grabbed camera, stepped outside and waited quietly. Subsequently, click cllick click etc.

13. Ham & cheese sandwiches are now one of my staples on WW.

Add in a big slice of one of our vine ripened organic heirloom tomatoes, wheat bread, a tiny hint of light mayo, and a few pieces of watermelon for dessert and I am a happy person.
