....i went back and looked through all my hummingbird shots (that i could find) and i'm posting a bunch of them here.....most of these are throw-aways that don't meet my usual standards, but they're cool enough to look at once in a while. i think if i re-process most of these, i will be happier with them, as my PS skills were limited back when i took these shots:

I don't think I've ever seen a hummingbird sit for any length of time at all........and here you are with them sitting! Amazing.

And likewise for being on a nest! So tiny and yet you found them and photographed them!

9. Those are outstanding! You are inspiring me to look through my own

I had one come and nest about 30 feet over my deck and raise babies summer 2020. She was in the shade most the time and I had to crop heavily, but I got to watch the whole thing from hatching to fledging. Their nests really are amazing construction projects
I will do my own hummingbird dump when I get a little more energy
