After the insinuation that Lumix would abandon the 4/3 format for FF the GH6 will be unveiled on Feb 21, two day earlier than first announced. The smaller format has some distinct advantages over the larger FF it seems.

Lumix has been the leader in video and it appears they will remain there. OMS is a stills camera that can shoot video while Lumix is a video camera that can shoot stills.
Canon has taken a similar tack with the R5, a stills camera that has video capability, and the R5C, the reverse.
