(4,085 posts)Ooh I love Brussels sprouts! I toss halved sprouts in olive oil with a dash of soy sauce, and a little salt & pepper. I roast them cut side down in a shallow pan at 400 F about 20-25 minutes, flipping once to get them evenly browned. They get caramelized and yummy. My daughter likes a sprinkle of balsamic vinegar on them. Wish I had some right now!
